Livestock Development Council is composed of the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, who acts as the Chairman of the Council; the Executive Staff, which oversees the day-to-day functions of the organization; the respective heads of nineteen (19) government agencies; and representatives of eleven (11) private sector associations.
